Sometimes it can get really overwhelming to coordinate a team building activity, so look for opportunities to do simple activities. Typically your team is looking for ways to get to know each other and have fun doing it, so keep it simple and do it often.
Some of my favorite ways to do simple team building activities include:
- BBQ at a local park.
- Movie in the middle of the day.
- Service project participation (meaning don’t organize it, just donate your team’s time).
- Chair races followed up with pizza.
As you can see, team building can be quite simple yet fun! Keep doing it because your people love opportunities to play and bond.
