Here are a few ways to show love to your team:
- Team building events. Get out of the office and play together.
- Write thank you notes. Regularly expressing gratitude helps people to know that you love and
appreciate their work on the team. - Games at the office. I love chair races with other team members. It’s hilarious and everyone laughs and has a good time.
- Recognize personal highlights. If someone gets engaged, has a baby, etc., take the opportunity to celebrate it as a team!
