Happy New Year! Hey guys lets start 2021 off right and talk about networking inside your company. This is a topic I recently talked about on my YouTube channel. You can check it out here. Now this is a different strategy from networking with people outside of your company, via either LinkedIn or networking events.
You may be thinking, okay I already know my co-workers and/or team members. But think about it for a second, do you really know them? Do you know them on any sort of personal level, such as their interests, family life or things that they might be going through outside of the company? Have you taken the time to really connect and forge a friendship? If the answer is no, then I highly recommend that you take some time and begin to establish a relationship or connection to people inside of your company.
